| Update Report: Rock Slide near Whitefish, Montana |

As mentioned in a Service Advisory on June 23, 2010, BNSF reported that train H-NTWPAS2-21 was
involved in a rock slide incident in Tamarack, Montana. It is estimated the main track will be returned to
service at 1:00 p.m. CST on Friday, June 25, 2010.
Some traffic is rerouted in order to minimize impact to service. Customers may experience delays of 48 to
72 hours on shipments moving through this corridor. We will continue to provide you with additional
information as it becomes available.

| Effective July 19, 2010, Maersk Domestic will be temporarily suspending service to Portland, Oregon from all origin locations affecting all sizes of equipment until further notice. As information, the reason for the suspension of service is due to the high volume of idle containers in the Portland area and lack of exports and repositioning opportunites |

Effective immediately Maersk Domestic will no longer make bookings for 40stds going to Portland. All 40std rates for Portland destination are cancelled. Equipment is repositioning 40stds to Seattle due to the surplus and there is no need for 40stds in Portland. This is only temporary, should only last a couple weeks.
If bookings were previously made we are accepting railbilling, but no new bookings. |
